At Red River, we strive to provide not only the best bar-b-que in Texas, but service to match! Since 2002, we have added many menu options to choose from.....we're not just known for great bar-b-que! From brisket to steaks and fried shrimp to finger foods, we're sure we can provide the best meal and service to help make your event a success.

Pick-Up Orders
Our courteous staff will have your order packed professionally and ready for pick-up on the date & time you designate.
Delivery Orders
To place an order for delivery, try to give us 24-48 hours notice to ensure availability. We'll simply deliver & layout the food on a table provided by the customer. Chafing dishes & servers are not included. $35 for local delivery.
Full-Service Catering
Full-Service Caterings include our professional serving team, buffet tables & linens to serve from, stainless steel chafing dishes and all other necessary equipment to serve your guests. There is a 50 Guest minimum on Full-Service Caterings.
Gratuity is not included & is at your discretion.
On-Site Grilling & Frying
For Full-Service Catering Events, some grilled & fried menu items are available exclusively where on-site grilling or frying is available. The On-Site Grilling and Frying Service is included in the Full-Service pricing.
Heavy duty plates, napkin packs & serving utensils are included on all meal options.
